What contractors must protect, and who owns what they make.
No client information, ever
Kellwright Group never receives, stores, or sees anything that could identify a person who uses a Firebird shelter, or a client of a partner. Contractors do not receive it either. Examples and training materials use made-up people, and we label them as made up.
Confidentiality
Each agreement covers how confidential information is handled. A partner’s data and plans stay with that partner. We never reuse one partner’s information for another.
Data security
The agreement states the security rules for the work, and you agree to them before work starts.
Who owns the work
Each agreement says who owns the work, in writing, before work starts. This matters most for anything built in ShelterNow, Firebird Holdings’ shelter software.
Terms are set in each agreement and reviewed by counsel before first use.
