Where we stand
Kellwright Group’s legal form is not decided, and its tax filings depend on that decision. We will list them here when they are set.
Contractors
We plan to pay contractors as independent professionals and report those payments to the IRS as required.
Partners’ filings
Our Accounting department plans to support partners with work such as Form 990. Preparing a filing is not the same as auditing financial statements. See What We Do Not Do.
Tax advice
We do not give tax advice, and we do not promise that any gift is tax-deductible. Partners should ask their own CPA or tax attorney.
Our own records
We intend to keep records that can be reviewed.
