What we never receive
Kellwright Group never receives, stores, or sees anything that could identify a person a shelter serves, or a partner’s own clients. That includes examples and training materials. When we need an example, we make one up and label it as made up.
Partner information
- A partner’s data follows that partner’s own rules, including any confidentiality rules that apply to it.
- A security plan made for one partner stays with that partner.
- We do not reuse one partner’s application text, layouts, or details for another.
Contractors
Every contractor signs a written agreement covering who owns the work, confidentiality, and data security before any work starts.
