The steps we plan to follow with every partner.

- Introduction. You tell us what your organization does and what support you need. We tell you plainly whether we can help.
- Written scope. We write down exactly what we will do, what we will not do, and who does each part.
- Agreed fees. Fees are set in writing before work starts. We do not charge fees based on a percentage of money raised.
- Contractor match. We assign the work to independent contractors with the right experience, under written agreements that cover confidentiality and data security.
- Regular check-ins. You get plain-language updates on a set schedule, and a named person to ask.
- Ending well. You can end the relationship. We return your records and close out access to your systems.
This is our plan for how we will work once Kellwright Group is formed. Final terms will come from written agreements reviewed by counsel.
