What we never receive
Kellwright Group never receives, stores, or sees anything that could identify a person who uses a Firebird shelter, or a client of a partner. That includes our examples and training materials, which use made-up people and say so.
Partner data follows partner rules
What a partner tells us about its work stays with that partner. A partner’s data follows that partner’s rules, including HMIS and domestic violence confidentiality. See HUD and Housing Programs.
Contractors
