How Kellwright Group plans to be paid.

Fees from partners

Kellwright Group plans to be paid by fees from the nonprofit partners it serves. Fees are set in written agreements. We are not operating yet, so there are no revenue figures to report.

What we do not plan

  • Government funding. We do not plan to apply for government grants or contracts for Kellwright Group itself. If that changes, we will say so here first.
  • Donations. Kellwright Group is not asking for donations.
  • Percentage fees. We do not charge fees based on a percentage of money raised.

Work for Firebird Holdings

Firebird Holdings and its shelter nonprofits may pay Kellwright Group for services. That is related-party work. Counsel reviews it before a price, contract, or invoice exists. See Ethics and Conflicts of Interest.

When a partner pays with government money

A partner may use government funds, such as a HUD grant, to pay for our services. What a grant allows depends on that grant’s rules. So before we agree, we ask the partner what its funder requires.
