Emotional Education is the second phase of the Firebird Stabilization Model. It needs to happen before a person can start learning core skills and job training.
Emotional education is psychoeducation and coaching. It is not therapy or clinical treatment.
Who runs it
Kellwright Group plans to run this phase inside Firebird Holdings’ shelters, and to train partner shelters’ own staff to run it.
